Reebok is spicing up their Omni Pump Lites with the “Bring Back” collection featuring a white/black/lime/pink colorway, and the “Rad Pack” featuring a black/purple colorway. Both take us back to the 80’s and are now available at Atmos.

Reebok once again teamed up with Roland Berry on the CL SW Canvas Mid representing several cities such as Los Angeles with a cool blue colorway, featuring paisley print and graphics of palm trees and low rider bikes. New York which is represented by city’s subway system and graffiti, Mexico City with the colors from the national flag. There’s also one for London with medieval history, Moscow with references from the Soviet era, and last but not least a Tokyo pair which features images from the Japanese army during wartime. The recently revitalized Reebok Reverse Jam has just came out with a new colorway in both mid and low versions. The shoes are mainly white with nicely positioned green and yellow accents, featuring a mixture of leather and perforated leather. The mid sole has a paint splatter spotting effect with yellow and green dots. The tongue is emblazoned with a hand-written like logo. Both are currently available at Overkill.

Shaq bounced out of Baton Rouge early for the NBA becoming the first pick of the ‘92 draft. Immediately he laced a sneaker deal with Reebok and immediately began tearing down backboards while wearing his Shaq signature shoes.

One of the most recognizable shoes Shaq wore while on Team Reebok was the Shaqnosis. This hypnotizing upper was far ahead of its time for style, but fit right in with other mid 90’s Reebok basketball shoes including the Kamikaze and the Blast.

Diesel’s Shaqnosis’ were slightly different from those released to the general public. He laced up in a higher high top that gave the shoe more strength for his size 22 feet! (Now he is size 23)

Never mind the unique style of the shoes, the tech was not sacrificed in any way. The shoes sported Reebok Hexalite cushioning in both the forefoot and the heel including the cup form that went up the sides a little bit for added heel support. Maybe remembered more for its looks, the Shaqnosis still has not been seen at retail doors since its release 14 years ago. Only time will tell if Reebok brings the Shaqnosis back, but we can only hope. Hypothetically, if they were to return, would you buy?

The  Silas x Reebok Classic Leather Sneakers are a result of a hook up of the two companies to revamp the classics. As you can see it’s all black with some gold accents on the tongue. The sole is yellow and really pops off the faux crocodile skin pattern. If you get a pair you will notice a faint logo of Silas on the side of them.

While Dee and Dominique were representing the Pumps in the NBA, Reebok received future Hall of Fame help from Emmitt Smith and Frank Thomas for football and baseball. The Reebok Pay Dirt came at a time when Reebok was at the top of their game for cross training shoes.

The shoes were practically indestructible with a durable outsole and armor-like lace cage on the sides of the shoes. The Pump gave the wearer the custom fit they needed whether they were making hard cuts in the grass or knocking them out in batting practice.Make no mistake, these were also worn outside of the workouts by many back in the day.

The large Reebok logo on the back let everyone know you were wearing the true, authentic Pump sneakers  and the splatter painted midsoles was original as well.
