Nike RT1 - Air Yeezy Look-A-Like sneakers

You knew it would not be long before the Nike Air Yeezy’s which were limited would be copied to a certain extent to sell more.

Today we present you with a preview of the RT1 High April, May, and June releases. Black on Black RT1 Hi’s will kick things off in June. The neutral grey/green mist/cool grey RT1’s drop in May and the white/pure purple RT1 Hi lands in June.

Shaq bounced out of Baton Rouge early for the NBA becoming the first pick of the ‘92 draft. Immediately he laced a sneaker deal with Reebok and immediately began tearing down backboards while wearing his Shaq signature shoes.

One of the most recognizable shoes Shaq wore while on Team Reebok was the Shaqnosis. This hypnotizing upper was far ahead of its time for style, but fit right in with other mid 90’s Reebok basketball shoes including the Kamikaze and the Blast.

Diesel’s Shaqnosis’ were slightly different from those released to the general public. He laced up in a higher high top that gave the shoe more strength for his size 22 feet! (Now he is size 23)

Never mind the unique style of the shoes, the tech was not sacrificed in any way. The shoes sported Reebok Hexalite cushioning in both the forefoot and the heel including the cup form that went up the sides a little bit for added heel support. Maybe remembered more for its looks, the Shaqnosis still has not been seen at retail doors since its release 14 years ago. Only time will tell if Reebok brings the Shaqnosis back, but we can only hope. Hypothetically, if they were to return, would you buy?

Flight Club New York worked on a collaboration with famous jersey manufacturer, Mitchell and Ness, to design a few jackets to commemorate Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Bridge.

The collabo includes the Brooklyn Bums jacket, coming in blue and black, and the Four Five jacket coming in black. The Bums jacket has a lot of details on the front and on the sleeves with a Flight Club logos and baseball graphic. However, the coolest part of the jacket is definitely on the back where if you extend your arms, you can see the entire Brooklyn bridge, resembling flying wings. Flight Club is definitely taking off with this collaboration.

The number one DJ in Atlanta is presenting the Greg Street 2nd Annual Sneaker Friends 2008 tonight April 24th. No doubt some powerhouse AT-Alien Sneakerheads will be in the building including TheShoeGame.com and of course Puma who is hosting the event.

It’s been a couple of years since we first seen Kicks and Chicks on the Internet. So what’s the deal now? Well they are releasing their calender and it’s got a bunch of hot honeys with some ill sneakers of course. From what I understand it’s around $15 to cope the joint and the plans are to run it like King Magazine runs it’s celeb chicks in the furture.
